 Cuscuta campestris is an Unwanted Organism in New Zealand (NZ) but is present in 5 known wild populations in the Waikato which includes our nationally significant high conservation Whangamarino wetland. The overall objective of this research project is to determine the range and threat by the parasitic plant, Cuscuta campestris to NZ ecosystems through glasshouse and laboratory investigations.
