Technical Sheet on current control options for golden dodder (<i>Cuscuta campestris</i>) in wetlands, pasture, maize and lucerne

<p dir="ltr">There is no single best practice method for control of Cuscuta campestris. Choice of control method will largely be determined by factors such as location, host (crop or noncrop, native or introduced), acceptable level of host damage and legal requirements. Few, if any, of the herbicides listed below have been trialled in New Zealand (NZ) and at this stage are simply considered to be our most likely candidate controls based on overseas literature, which is scarce on timing and rates used, and NZ farming practices.</p>
