A long-awaited joint food safety workshop in China, originally delayed due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and subsequent travel restrictions in both New Zealand and China, finally came to fruition this September. The New Zealand-China Food Protection Network (NZCFPN) workshop, a pivotal event in the domain of food safety and antimicrobial technology, was held with resounding success.
