This study follows up on the 2023 spring trial, further evaluating the effectiveness of coated inhibitor products and urea granules in reducing N₂O emissions and NH₃ volatilisation.

The objectives of this study were:

To quantify the effect of coating products on soil N₂O emissions after urea application in spring.
To quantify the effect of coating products on soil NH₃ volatilisation after urea application in spring.
