What is the business case for biosecurity investment, compared to investment in health and education etc.

Lecture given as part of a course called ‘The Agribusiness Environment’ MGMT222, which aims to equip students with some knowledge and appreciation of the complexity within agribusiness, as well as the opportunities and challenges that NZ agribusiness sectors face. Biosecurity lecture included as part of the course. Currently (2024) has 180 students enrolled in the class.
