Learning from Farmers: Emission Reductions

media
posted on 2024-08-25, 21:04 authored by Sarah Hawkins

There are already farms out there that are running successful, profitable and low-GHG emission systems. BakerAg conducted research to learn from these farmers to determine what the key success factors are, so that other businesses can replicate them. They identified two key factors that seem to drive successful outcomes. First, the attitude of the farmer: if they were motivated and had put thought and concentration into their farm and system design. Second, the system matched the farm's physical limitations and opportunities.
