Introducing AgResearch's dairy foods team

The development and sales of value-added products is a priority target for many of New Zealand's food companies. This will create an opportunity to increase profit margins and develop market resilience. AgResearch's Dairy Foods team fills a key role in this area by helping companies to develop novel dairy-based functional food ingredients, products and processes.
