<p dir="ltr">With changing consumer expectations around food, and its protein content, function, quality and origin, a more in-depth molecular approach is required. At AgResearch, we deliver underpinning science to support agricultural and food research and use proteomics as one of the key analytical tools, with the identification and quantification of proteins and peptides in samples spanning the food value chain as a key component. In this webinar, we feature a few of our applications.</p>
