Mapping the carbon footprint of milk for dairy cows
<p dir="ltr">The aim of this study was to compare the carbon footprint (i.e. total greenhouse [GHG] emissions per kg of product) of milk from New Zealand (NZ) with that from different countries or major regions globally, accounting for differences in methodology.</p><p dir="ltr">A recording of the session is available on YouTube</p>
