Cold Plasma is generated by non-thermal ionization of gas into free electrons, ions, reactive atomic and molecular forms, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

Plasma activated water (PAW) is generated by treating water with cold plasma using controllable parameters, such as plasma-forming voltage, carrier gas, temperature, pulses, frequency.
